The Faces of Change illustrations were created as part of Delegata’s interactive workshop during Public Sector Partner’s Project Delivery Summit in June of 2014 in Sacramento, CA. These illustrations were used as part of an ice-breaker activity to help attendees understand their role in leading and managing challenging transitions within their work place.
Characters were inspired by Malcolm Gladwell’s book, “The Tipping Point,” in which he describes three main archetypes of change: Mavens, Connectors, and Salespeople.
